10:15 AM MST; Denmark Regional Series: Bornholm – This class will present the history of the island of Bornholm and provide the strategies and knowledge needed to have success in this part of the Kingdom. It will explain which parts of the normal strategies apply and which ones do not.

12:30 PM MST; Early Tax Records of Sweden, part (1535-1577) – Are you trying to push your family lines back to the 1500s in Sweden? Maybe you have followed an ancestor through the parish records to the early 1700s, then you switched to the mantals tax records, but they stopped in 1642. Where do you look now? Between 1535 and 1635 there are 12 different types of tax records! Come learn about these early tax records. See if you can trace your ancestors back to the birth of modern Sweden.

1:45 PM MST; Early Tax Records of Sweden, part 2 (1599-1635) – This continues the fascinating journey of early tax records from 1599 up to the mantals tax records.

3:00 PM MST; University of Tromsø: Norwegian Historical Data Centre – Here we will learn how to use online Census Records, Church Records as well as the “Matrikkel” 1838 (Register of farms) In Norway.
