Changing careers can be a stressful event in one's life. From addressing questions such as, "Should I make a career change?", to "Why change now?", to "What would I like to do, and how will I get there?", individuals involved in this process have much to consider.

On October 21st, join us for our "Techniques on How to Change Careers" webinar. Attendees will learn skills to answer questions such as:
- I am ready for a career change. How will I do this successfully?
- How do I know when I'm ready to change careers?
- I've been forced to make a career change or re-enter the workforce. What do I need to learn to make this adjustment?


About the Guest Speaker:
Kendell Gracey began his career as a litigation attorney in Colorado where he served on the Board of Governors for the Colorado Bar. Kendell transitioned into the business world where he founded a startup and turned it into a profitable multimillion-dollar company. He also worked for a global company in a business operations and business development role, as well as being the VP of Operations and General Counsel for a real estate services company.
He has served on Governance Committees and Steering Committees for multibillion-dollar companies, and has provided consulting services to various entities, including Private Equity firms. Kendell is also a Mentor for VentureCapital.org – the Utah-based non-profit that provides help and direction for new entrepreneurs.
Kendell is a native to Utah where he grew up in Ogden. He is an avid runner and mountain biker and has competed in off-road triathlons. He loves sports and has coached his kids' soccer, basketball, and baseball teams for many years.
